USERS UNDER THE AGE OF 55

When you download, register with, or use the Services, we may ask you to provide information:

To the extent permitted by applicable laws and with your consent, we may obtain, for example, reports of criminal records, sex offender registrations, and other information about you and/or your background, including any other jurisdiction (e.g. state, city, county, etc.) police, background, or registered sex offender checks. We may use your information, including your full name and date of birth, to obtain such reports. Third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the Services. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used.
You authorize your wireless carrier to use or disclose information about your account and your wireless device, if available, to Renew Social or its service provider for the duration of your business relationship, solely to help them identify you or your wireless device and to prevent fraud. ACCESSING AND CORRECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Services and visiting your account profile page.

We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

YOUR STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information.
